We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $65.
To help keep our product pricing competitive, free shipping is applied to qualifying orders only. We periodically offer promotional discounts—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
- In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Saturday will begin processing the following Monday.
- We do not process or ship orders on federal holidays.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the products are permitted in your jurisdiction.

Transit Times
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear
- USPS tracking in particular may not update until the package reaches a regional sorting facility
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking indicates a delay or non-delivery:
- Please allow reasonable time for carrier updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional details.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at [insert support email].
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace. We may require a written statement prior to issuing any replacement.
We will assist in opening a carrier investigation when appropriate. Claims for lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Carrier investigations may take 7 to 14 business days to complete.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
Once reviewed and approved, we will promptly resolve the issue.
