Delta 8 FAQ

Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis flower. Delta-8 THC is an isomer of CBD, which is derived from hemp. All of our products contain only THC derived from hemp and at level no more than 0.3% THC.

Yes, federally, Delta 8 THC is legal due to the 2018 Farm Bill, which states that all derivatives, isomers, and cannabinoids in hemp are legal. so long as the final product has less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

Delta 8 THC does have psychoactive properties, yet to a lesser degree than Delta 9 THC. Like other cannabinoids, it interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system – specifically the CB1 receptor of the nervous system – to bring on its psychoactive effects. Despite the difference in the natural quantities of Delta 8 and Delta 9 in cannabis, when concentrated, they interact with the nervous system similarly

We recommended that you start with a small dosage and then work your way up. This rule of thumb applies to any form of consumption that you may choose to enjoy. For your first time, you may want to try these products at home or prior to going to bed.

Delta 8 THC has a lower psychoactive potency than its well-known cousin Delta 9 THC, therefore users experience less mind-altering effects along with less negative effects that can be associated with Delta 9 THC. Many users report feelings of euphoria and relaxation and even increased focus and concentration. Increased dosages can produce more pronounced effects.

Depending on the method of consumption, effects and duration vary. If inhaled, you may notice a quicker onset than compared to tinctures and gummies. Other factors play a role, such as your physical characteristics and personal tolerances and experience.

Effects can last upwards of 4 hours depending upon variables such as your physical characteristics and timing of consumption with foods. We recommend avoiding operating vehicles, heavy equipment, or machinery after taking Delta 8.

Although Delta 8 is federally legal, existing drug tests cannot differentiate between THC that is derived from hemp plants that is federally legal and THC that is derived from marijuana which is federally illegal. Because of this, we do not suggest using these products if you are subjected to drug screenings.

We currently do not ship Delta 8 products to the following states:

HHC FAQ

HHC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in the seeds and pollen of the hemp plant. There is a lot of excitement surrounding this new cannabinoid. HHC is quite a bit different than the rest of the available cannabinoids on the market. In fact, it does not contain THC at all, yet produces very similar effects.

Yes, in fact it is 100% legal and 2018 Farm Bill compliant on both the federal and state level. Since all HHC products we carry are made from 100% hemp extract HHC can be shipped across all 50 states in the US.

Users have reported the effects of HHC as being stronger than Delta 8 and Delta 10. Often described as an energetic high with increased focus without the grogginess that can be associated with Delta 8.

It is recommended that you start with a small dosage around 10mg and then work your way up to around 25mg. This rule of thumb applies to any form of consumption that you may choose to enjoy. HHC is most likely better suited to be consumed throughout the day due to the increase in focus and lack of grogginess associated with it.

Depending on the method of consumption, effects and duration vary. If inhaled, you may notice a quicker onset than compared to tinctures and gummies. Other factors play a role, such as your physical characteristics and personal tolerances and experience. Users have experienced a more delayed onset of effects when compared to Delta 8 or Delta 9, around 1 hour.

Effects can last anywhere from 2-6 hours depending upon variables such as your physical characteristics and timing of consumption with foods. We recommend avoiding operating vehicles, heavy equipment, or machinery after taking HHC.

There is some early evidence that suggests that HHC will not show up on a standard 12-panel drug test. However, until there is more sound evidence, we do not recommend HHC to customers who may be subject to drug screenings.

Yes, we currently ship HHC to ALL 50 states in the US.
